Roscoe the escape artist

This is Roscoe. He is an 11 year old beagle mix.  He was surrendered because he enjoyed taking a walkabout on a daily basis seeking adventures!  He could clear a 4 foot fence without even touching the fence.  Roscoe enjoys walks, looking out the window on the second floor so he can see anything that moves on the property, then sounding the alarm.  He also likes to curl up next to you and getting petted. He is a softy and just look at those sweet innocent eyes - HA!
